A leading telecom company is seeking a proactive Field Account Manager to engage with SME clients across the UK. You'll build strong relationships and drive revenue through effective cross-selling and up-selling. Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face meetings and ensuring all customer needs are met, while providing tailored proposals. Working Hours: 8 : 309 : 00 AM to 5 : 005 : 30 PM
Salary: Up to 35000 plus 5000 car allowance / Company Car
We're looking for a proactive and driven Field Account Manager to become the trusted face of our this role you'll engage with a variety of SME clients (typically 100-500 employees) helping them maximise the value of our comprehensive portfolio through effective cross‑selling and up‑selling.
Our products and services include hosted telephony broadband managed internet mobiles managed IT Microsoft licensing and cybersecurity solutions.
You'll typically spend four days a week out in the field visiting customers with one day working from the office.
The majority of appointments will be pre‑booked for you by our growing desk‑based Customer Development team allowing you to focus on driving revenue.
