Job description

We are recruiting for an experienced Fencing Team Leader on behalf of a company based just outside Redmarley DAbitot (Gloucester postcode area GL19). On offer is a permanent full‑time job paying up to £32,045 per year plus overtime and comes with a company van, 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme and retail/holiday booking/gym membership discount schemes.

The yard location is GL19 so easily accessible from Gloucester (10 miles), Ross‑on‑Wye (17 miles), Malvern (12 miles), Ledbury (9 miles), Tewkesbury (9 miles) etc.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small fencing team to install a mix of timber and metal fencing.
• Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries to site.
• Completing installation projects to both agreed timescales and specifications.
• Following both company and site specific health & safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience of installing timber and metal fencing.
• Experience of leading or being the senior fencer.
• A full clean driving licence.
• Ideally a CSCS card.
• Experience of driving with a trailer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Sector related qualifications.
• Digger / Dumper tickets.
• Wider landscaping experience (soft landscaping, hard landscaping, arboriculture or civil engineering).
