Our client, a leading national law practice, is looking for an experienced Fee Earner to join their successful residential property team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a complex caseload while developing your leadership skills in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Position Overview

As a Fee Earner, you will play a key role in the practice's continued success. You will manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. Reporting to the Directors, you will also be responsible for the supervision and professional growth of junior staff, helping to shape the future of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing work.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers.
  • Uphold a high standard of professional service at all times.
  • Contribute to winning new business for the practice.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a complex conveyancing caseload.
