• A hands on role supporting the Farm Manager in overseeing berry production operations, with a strong focus on irrigation systems and crop care.
• You will manage irrigation schedules, monitor soil moisture and crop health, and ensure efficient use of water resources.
• Alongside this, you will assist with planting, crop husbandry, and harvest operations, while supervising staff and maintaining high standards of productivity and safety.
