Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

We are seeking Family Support Workers to work within our Keeping Families Together team. The role involves working with families experiencing challenges such as neglect, physical harm, substance misuse, poor mental health, exploitation, and working with teenagers and other children at risk of coming into care. You will work directly with a small workload of families to help them make changes and support them in caring for their children. You need to be able to build relationships quickly and work with children and families who may be described as ‘difficult to reach’.
