The role

You’ll manage a varied caseload of private family law matters, with some Legal Aid work, covering divorce, private law children matters, financial remedy, injunctions, and cohabitation disputes. Public child care law experience isn’t required. You’ll have the opportunity to undertake your own advocacy at initial hearings and directions appointments, while also shaping how the department grows in the years ahead.
