A healthcare facilities management organization in Bridlington is looking for a Facilities Supervisor to oversee staff development and ensure standards are maintained. This role involves training new staff, managing rotas, and providing support for HR-related tasks. Applicants should be strong team players and willing to learn. YTHFM are looking for an approachable and flexible Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Bridlington. A willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
The working pattern for this role is as and when needed on a rota basis however the working hours will be between 6:30am-8pm.
There may be a requirement to cover other sites (Scarborough and Malton) however the base of the role is Bridlington.
