About The Role

Facilities/Site Manager – East Midlands (based in Ilkeston)
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (competitive, depending on experience)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Site Manager to join our team in the East Midlands, based in Ilkeston. This role comes at a key time as we expand our operations across the region.

As a Facilities/Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, supporting colleagues on-site, and ensuring we deliver excellent standards of service to our customers. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the success of a new contract, with the opportunity to influence processes and build strong working relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing the delivery of TCFM services on-site, ensuring they meet customer expectations
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a team of around 30 colleagues
  • Managing compliance, health & safety, and operational standards for all services we provide
  • Building strong customer relationships and handling any issues effectively
  • Driving continuous improvement and identifying efficiencies in service delivery

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven management experience, ideally within Facilities Management or Distribution
  • Experience managing a team of 30 or more colleagues
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering results

Desirable:

  • IOSH qualification
  • Experience in mobilisation or transition projects
  • Knowledge of facilities management or related industries
