Overview

We are currently looking for a Facilities Coordinator to work on our client's sites in Stratford. The client is looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator with good hard services knowledge and good understanding of using a CAFM system.

The position is working on site every day in Stratford from 8am until 5pm on a temporary to permanent contract.

Role: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Stratford

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum

Contract: Temp - perm

Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Ensure and support statutory compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Operate and maintain CAFM systems to schedule, track, and report on planned and reactive maintenance
  • Induct contractors and issue access passes
  • Carry out RAMS
  • Ensure asset data is accurately recorded and updated within the CAFM platform
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and compliance
  • Assist in managing service contracts and monitoring contractor performance
  • Support statutory compliance and health & safety requirements
  • Conduct site inspections and escalate technical issues as needed
  • Coordinate minor works and assist in project delivery
