EYFS Teacher Vacancy - Primary School in OL12 Area (September 2025 - 1 Term)

A primary school in the OL12 area is seeking a talented and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025 initially for 1 term; however this may be extended. The school is known for a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally. They focus on creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere that helps every child thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering your own lessons each day.
  • Marking and assessing pupils' work to track their progress, providing valuable feedback to parents/guardians.
  • Offering support and guidance to your pupils, with a particular focus on preparing them for the phonics screener.
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy and safeguarding procedures.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment where pupils feel supported and can thrive.
Qualifications

Applicants must hold a QTS and demonstrate a passion for helping children fulfil their academic and personal potential. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
