EYFS Specialist Teacher

Location: Didcot

Start Date: September 2025

Pay Scale: M1-UPS3

Are you an EYFS Specialist Teacher who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a high achieving primary school based in Didcot, Oxfordshire?

This wonderful school are seeking an experienced EYFS teacher to join their team at the start of the new academic year. (September 2025). The head teacher of this school puts a particular focus on the school’s positive attitude to learning and wishes that their new EYFS teacher will encourage their pupils to adopt this outlook as well. The EYFS teacher will be selected so they can instil this from the very start of their education.

This primary school are particularly looking for an experienced EYFS teacher, candidates that holds QTS and have experience working in UK primary schools. The current EYFS team is currently staffed with SEN teaching assistants, however SEN experience from the candidate is also something they are looking out for.

The current EYFS team enjoy bouncing ideas off one another and sharing planning across their two classes, so this is something to consider when applying for the role. The primary school are looking for the candidates to show strong teamwork qualities. There are opportunities for EYFS leadership if this should be desired by the chosen candidate also.
