What role will you play?

Your responsibilities will include extensive calendar management, including booking meetings, managing conflicts, and reserving rooms and catering. You will also handle complex travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, cars, trains, and visas. Additionally, you will process purchase orders and invoices using Coupa and manage monthly expense claims in Concur, ensuring deadlines are met.

You will produce and coordinate documents for meetings, including printing, binding, and scanning, as well as support tasks like organizing large-scale departmental events.
