Job summary

A boutique investment firm in London is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a busy Investor Relations team. This role involves high-level organization, diary management, and coordination of travel. The candidate should have prior experience in a similar EA role, particularly within Investor Relations, and possess excellent communication skills. Hybrid working model available, requiring three days in-office attendance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a boutique investment firm providing support to a busy IR team on a temp-perm basis. The successful candidate will be proactive, solution oriented and thrive in a fast-paced role. Previous experience within Investor Relations or planning events and roadshows is desired. Hybrid working is available with three days required in the office.

What you’ll do
  • Provide EA support to a busy team of approx. 5-6 Executives
  • Manage diaries and follow up efficiently, especially when time-sensitive
  • Handle internal stakeholders and investors
  • Prepare materials such as briefing notes, presentations and documents for investors
  • Coordinate travel, including extensive itineraries
  • Plan roadshows, coordinating all logistics and changes
Who you are
  • As an EA within a demanding and fast-paced environment, you will have excellent organisation skills, be resilient and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Prior EA experience within Investor Relations is essential
  • Be confident to prioritise tasks depending on their urgency
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be proactive, a team player and solution-oriented
