  • Process exam registrations, entries, claims, results, and certificates accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate exam records on the College MIS.
  • Manage exam concession files and ensure appropriate evidence is in place.
  • Respond professionally to exam-related enquiries from students and staff.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of major exam sessions, including invigilation planning.
  • Ensure compliance with awarding body regulations and internal quality standards.

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: GBP24,198 GBP24,847

This college is looking for an organised and detail-focused Exams Administrator to support the smooth delivery of all exam processes.

This is a key role within the college, ensuring exam registrations, entries, results and certification are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities
  • Process exam registrations, entries, claims, results and certificates accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate exam records on the College MIS
  • Manage exam concession files and ensure appropriate evidence is in place
  • Respond professionally to exam-related enquiries from students and staff
