A local educational institution in England is looking for an Examinations Assistant to help manage an efficient examinations system. The role involves liaising with staff and supporting a team of invigilators, as well as providing general administrative support across departments. This part-time role requires a commitment of 18.5 hours per week, preferably over three days, during term time. We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Assistant to support the work of the Examinations Officer in running an effective and efficient examinations system, act as a liaison with all staff, and assist in directing the work of the team of invigilators. The successful candidate will also support the wider administration team to provide effective administrative support to a range of departments, involving work with College staff, pupils, parents, governors, local community and visitors.
18.5 hours per week, ideally over 3 days (some flexibility), 46.2 weeks (term time only plus six days in August plus one training day).
