Qualifications

  • Must have Level 2 qualification in health and social care or be working towards it.
  • Experience in a social care setting is desirable.
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to service users and care delivery staff during evenings and weekends.
  • Deliver care 50% of the time while coordinating services.
  • Liaise with health & social care professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
