Overview

Estimator or Senior Estimator

£55k to £75k (DOE) per annum + car allowance, package, bonus

Location: Warrington region

Responsibilities

• Be a major part of the Property Services team, based at their Warrington offices.
• Prepare tenders ranging up to £20m in value.
• Engage in framework partnerships up to £400m.
• Support client relationships, primarily with local authorities and affordable housing projects.
• Work on Decent Homes, Cladding Remediation/Renewal, and Estate Regeneration projects as part of the tendering process.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator.
• Experience with tenders and large-scale projects within property services.
• Familiarity with local authority and affordable housing sectors is advantageous.
