Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building or advising startups or SMBs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in taking products or services from concept to first revenue.
• Ability to provide evidence-based methods, clear deliverables, and documentation.
• Digital-first operations with proficiency in relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Support Sessions on entrepreneurship across validation, launch, and early traction.
• Provide outcome-based guidance aligned to the client's stage and goals.
• Share practical approaches and simple tools when appropriate.
• Partner with Navigators to reflect agreed next steps in the Support Plan.

About Sam: Sam is the Support Platform for Women. We connect clients with vetted Experts for one hour or less sessions with clear outcomes. We launched in April 2025. Clients book 300+ outcome-based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. We do not provide medical care.

Role

Join Sam's marketplace as an Expert. You bring earned wisdom, evidence-based methods, and defined session outputs. You set your rate and schedule. You work remotely as an independent contractor. Help women founders validate ideas, launch MVPs, and reach early traction with simple, testable plans.
