• Proven experience in owning enterprise-level JIRA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business owner for the JIRA platform, accountable for its strategy.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align JIRA processes with business needs.
• Define standard reporting and dashboards for leadership and delivery teams.
