Scope and responsibilities: Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to staff and students, ensuring that High Needs Students have full access to the English & Maths GCSE/Functional Skills curriculum, make progress, and achieve success in their study programmes. This role is pivotal in meeting the additional support requirements recognised by Government and Ofsted for High Needs Students. You will work closely with teaching staff and students to deliver tailored support aligned with individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), helping learners fulfil their needs and statutory outcomes.
