Salary: £60,000 - £62,000

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team and be responsible for all maintenance activities during your shift.
• Schedule Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and address breakdowns.
• Manage general maintenance work across the plant.
• Serve as a role model for your team, providing mentorship and coaching while promoting engineering excellence throughout the site.

• Open to an Engineering Team Leader or Supervisor seeking career progression, or a seasoned engineer at this level.
