The ideal candidate has strong qualifications in Electrical Installation, maintenance experience, and knowledge of BMS systems. Qualifications

• C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation required.
• C&G 2391 certification necessary.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.
• SSoW Permitting familiarity required.
• Knowledge of Schneider BMS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all Mechanical and Electrical systems on site.
• Oversee the permittance of subcontractors.
• Approve RAMS and issue sanctions when necessary.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct operational and maintenance activities as directed.

Overview

Engineering Manager- Facilities Management

Salary: £60,000- £65,000

Location: London Based

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing all Mechanical, Electrical systems on site
• Managing the BMS, systems HV SCADA, Schneider, Lighting
• Overseeing the permittance of subcontractors
• Approving RAMS and issuing Sanctions to Isoalte.
• Checking all PPM work, managing KPIs and SLAs
• Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed by the Senior Operations Manager, conducting work in a safe and suitable manner.

We are looking for someone with

• C&G/NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
• C&G 2391
• Experience in maintenance
• SSoW Permitting experience
• Familiar with Schneider BMS
• HV Authorised is desirable
• CDM is desirable
