Graphcore is a globally recognized leader in Artificial Intelligence computing systems. The company designs advanced semiconductors and data centre hardware that provide the specialized processing power needed to drive AI innovation, while delivering the efficiency required to support its broader adoption. As part of the SoftBank Group, Graphcore is a member of an elite family of companies responsible for some of the world’s most transformative technologies. Together, we are working to enable Artificial Super Intelligence and ensure that its benefits are accessible to everyone.
We’re looking for a creative, organised individual to help us attract the best talent by bringing our employer brand to life. As our Employer Branding and Talent Marketing Specialist, you’ll blend marketing strategy with recruitment insight, creating and executing campaigns that make great people want to join us and stay.
You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, the wider Talent team and our CMO to shape how we show up in the market, from employer branding and social media to content, careers site optimisation, and candidate experience. You’ll play an important role in shaping how the world sees our brand as an employer. This is a hands‑on opportunity to make an impact across every stage of the talent journey, helping us attract, engage, and retain brilliant people.
In addition to a competitive salary, Graphcore offers flexible working, a generous annual leave policy, private medical insurance and health cash plan, a dental plan, pension (matched up to 5%), life assurance and income protection. We have a generous parental leave policy and an employee assistance programme (which includes health, mental wellbeing, and bereavement support). We offer a range of healthy food and snacks at our central Bristol office and have our own barista bar. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that this person works from a Graphcore office (ideally Bristol) 2-3 days per week.
We welcome people of different backgrounds and experiences and are committed to building an inclusive work environment that makes Graphcore a great home for everyone. We offer an equal opportunity process and understand that there are visible and invisible differences in all of us. We can provide a flexible approach to interview and encourage you to chat with us if you require any reasonable adjustments.
Applicants for this position must hold the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support for visa applications.
