Qualifications

• Experienced HR Generalist in a fast-paced multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise managers in Retail on employee relations inquiries.
• Build strong relationships within the People team.
• Manage ER cases with a focus on best practices.
• Support development of People Coordinators & Apprentices.
• Provide regular updates on cases to People Partner.
• Support wellbeing initiatives.
