Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or equivalent within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, particularly within a sports or health-focused setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, performance-led meals.
  • Lead kitchen operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in line with dietary requirements and nutritional guidelines.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
