A leading defence contractor in Waterlooville is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to work on system integration and design proving. The role requires a good understanding of both analogue and digital design, along with practical fault finding skills. You will engage with hardware and software engineers and develop test specifications. The role requires collaboration within the Underwater Battlespace SRMLU (Stingray Midlife Upgrade) Sonar Team; the successful applicant will need to independently research solutions to problems while relying on team support and guidance as needed.
The small team size dictates that each person covers many varied aspects of electronic design work.
