A leading housing association in Norwich is looking for an Electrical Worker to undertake maintenance and improvements across properties. The role requires a Level 3 NVQ in Electrical installations and an ECS Gold Card. Responsibilities include conducting all necessary electrical works, ensuring job completion through mobile management, and participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of domestic electrical systems and demonstrate excellent time management and interpersonal skills within their team. A full driving license is required.

Provide evidence of an ECS Gold Card. This ensures the holder has: A Level 3 competency-based standard (NVQ) in Electrical installations plus a formal BS7671 Qualification in the current edition of the Wiring regulations in force when your application was made. If you trained prior to 1999, you would need to evidence the 'industry-recognised standard at that time.
Relevant experience and knowledge in all types of domestic electrical work, including rewires, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, wiring, connection, and commissioning of all types of heating fuel systems. Experience of working in both occupied and unoccupied properties and on occasions in extreme temperatures and conditions due to seasonal weather conditions.
