As part of our continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager to join our expanding team.

The Role

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of electrical packages on projects from tender through to handover. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality, safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Ensure all contractual, financial, and programme requirements are achieved.
  • Manage procurement of materials, plant and subcontractor packages.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to project teams, site supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, updates, and professional communication.
  • Oversee labour allocation and resource planning to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Promote innovation, sustainability, and digital tools (e.g. Procore, BIM, MS Project) in project delivery.

The Person

  • Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering electrical projects within the M&E or construction industry.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (Procore, MS Project, BIM tools) desirable.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of working across NI and ROI regulations and standards.
  • Full, clean driving licence, Safepass and Manual Handling
