A leading service provider in West Bromwich is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager. This role involves managing electrical trade services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting a team in a field-based environment. Here at Serco, within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC), we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation.
First and foremost, you will have proven people management skills with demonstrable evidence of influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels to deliver results. It is imperative you have appropriate accreditation (i.e. NICEIC), 18th edition, NVQ Level 3 and are prepared to undertake further trade related training as necessary. This is a field-based role, so you must be willing to travel and undertake out of hours and on-call requirements.
