Rate of Pay: From £125 to £232.56 per day

At Teaching Personnel, we are pleased to be partnering with an inclusive and welcoming primary school in Birkenhead that is seeking to appoint a new Early Years Teacher. Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for Nursery or Reception pupils, in line with both school expectations and the National Curriculum.
  • Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child’s personal, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide constructive, accurate feedback to colleagues to support ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build strong working relationships by liaising confidently and professionally with parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, identify individual learning needs, and implement targeted strategies to help every child achieve their early learning goals.
