Join our team as a T Level Assessor in Early Years, responsible for preparing and assessing T Level students in Education and Early Years for their work placements. This role is crucial in ensuring students are effectively prepared and assessed against the criteria set by the Awarding Body, making it ideal for professionals dedicated to supporting the next generation of Early Years specialists.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange work placements for T Level students in consultation with the Learning Manager for Early Years and Care and tutors.
  • Conduct placement visit observations or reports as required by the awarding bodies and Learning Manager, and grade/moderate structured observations.
  • Liaise with placement providers and tutors to monitor and assess the progress and performance of students.
  • Participate in student tutorials and taught sessions related to work placements to prepare students and share knowledge.
  • Support and enable students to be confident and ready for their observations, including facilitating classes and workshops alongside teachers/tutors.
Qualifications
  • Experience in assessing or teaching in Early Years or a related educational field.
  • Strong understanding of the requirements set by educational Awarding Bodies.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with students, tutors, and external bodies.
