Duty Manager - Fitness and Wellbeing Club

Location: Brondesbury FWC | Fitness & Wellbeing Club | Permanent contract | Part time

Salary: Up to £26,754 pro rata depending on experience plus sales commission

Hours: 24 hours per week

Shift pattern:

  • 3 flexible shifts (8 hours each) from the following:
  • Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 1.30pm-10pm
  • Sat-Sun 7.30am-4pm or 11.30am-8pm

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the club, including opening and closing duties
  • Prioritizing member satisfaction, engaging with members, and building strong relationships
  • Leading by example, supporting colleagues, and maintaining high standards
  • Conducting tours for prospective members and highlighting the club's benefits
  • Overseeing health and safety protocols and addressing issues promptly
  • Being able to swim to a high standard and willing to undergo training for Lifeguard duties
