The position requires a valid Heavy Vehicle license and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. About the opportunity:
As Driver Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the competency, safety and compliance of our driver workforce. You'll be responsible for onboarding and assessing new drivers, re-assessment existing drivers, delivery training and coaching, and ensuring adherence to all heavy vehicle regulations.
This role is critical to ensuring safe delivery of concrete and aggregate produce in line with Holcim's Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management System and work instructions.
