Qualifications

Summary

Roche Home Care are looking to recruit a Care Support member to work with our Domiciliary team around the following areas: Birkenshaw, Birstall, Gomersal, Heckmondwike, Cleckheaton, Hightown, Scholes, Liversedge, Dewsbury and Shawcross.

Salary: from £12.41phr (Monday to Friday) £12.75phr (Saturday and Sunday)

Hours: Days - Full time or Part time can be available. We are looking for flexible staff that can either do 7am to 3pm-3pm to 10pm or a long day starting at 7am to 10pm if they choose. 2 weekly rota.

Car owner/drivers Essential.

Travel time between calls is paid as well as mileage, payment from start of shift to end. Our teams are at the heart of our organisation. 1 to 1 support - hours can be flexible starting at 9.00am. Our priorities are currently determined by the governments white paper, 'Our health, Our Care, Our Say' and 'Putting people first: a shared vision and commitment to the transformation of adult social care'. This set out our objectives of delivering choice, control and independence for people who use our services.

We provide a range of services to older people, people with a physical or sensory disability and people with learning disabilities over the age of 18.

Qualifications

Diploma level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work towards. Experience is beneficial but not essential, if you do not hold an NVQ we will support you in achieving this and a thorough induction and training will be carried out.
