A leading community health provider in the UK is seeking a Fixed Term District Nurse to join their team in Ormskirk. This role involves providing holistic care to patients in community settings while working closely with a multi-disciplinary team. Ideal candidates will possess a Degree in Adult Nursing and relevant experience. The role includes opportunities for professional development and excellent support resources. Candidates must hold a valid UK Driving License as travel within the community is part of the job.
We are looking for a Fixed Term District Nurse to join our friendly, inclusive and forward thinking District Team, working across the West Lancashire area to provide care and support to patients in community settings. Here at Clayton House, we are committed to continuous professional development, therefore we offer all our colleagues the opportunity to attend additional courses such as Palliative care or Frailty to further improve their skills and knowledge. The team is based out of Clayton House in Burscough. Please note that this role is Fixed Term until June 2026. A full UK Driving License is required due to the role being community based.
