A leading consultancy firm in the UK is seeking a Disrepair Supervisor and Case Handler to lead a disrepair surveying team. The role involves managing claims, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with housing standards. Pay rate: £271.57 per day PAYE
Role length: Anticipated 3 months
Working arrangements: Hybrid – a minimum of 50% of the time in the office
Additional requirement: Driving Licence
The team are seeking a Disrepair Supervisor / Case Handler to manage the caseload for the disrepair surveying team accountable for responsive repairs to the council's stock of dwellings, buildings and land managed by Landlord Services.
You will be an experienced and results-driven leader in housing maintenance and responsive repairs, with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and complex cases including disrepair and litigation as well as being skilled in performance management, compliance, project delivery, and customer service, with strong technical knowledge and a commitment to value-for-money solutions and safety standards.
