Discharge Co‑ordinator

Band 6 - Full time (37hrs per week) - Permanent

Are you ready to embrace a new and exciting opportunity at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary? Then this could be the role for you!

We are looking for a hardworking, organised team player with a current NMC PIN to take on the role of Band 6 Discharge Co‑ordinator within the System Flow team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for improving patient flow and supporting safe, timely discharges.

The role will involve working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive a high standard of care during the discharge process. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with recent acute experience and an interest in service development to help shape and enhance this vital area.

This post is currently Monday–Friday, between the hours of 0800-2000hr, future plans may include extending the service to weekends and public holidays.
