Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior engineering leadership role (Director, Head of Engineering, VP, or Senior Engineering Manager).
• Proven experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Comfortable leading distributed and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery, quality, and scalability across the development function.
• Embed modern DevOps practices as part of development.
• Drive continuous improvement using meaningful engineering KPIs.
• Improve developer productivity through better tooling and process.
• Lead and develop managers, ensuring team autonomy.
• Partner closely with the CTO on technology strategy.
