We’re recruiting a Digital Transformation & Systems Manager to play a pivotal, cross‑departmental role in our organisation. Accountable to the Director of Finance and Resources, you’ll lead the adoption, integration and optimisation of our organisation-wide digital systems (including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and AI tools). You will partner closely with colleagues across departments and our external ICT provider to ensure solutions are fit for purpose, interoperable where feasible, secure and compliant, while enabling collaborative ways of working and delivering clear, measurable outcomes. You will champion digital transformation, lead staff training related to digital platforms and transformation initiatives, uphold robust data governance and compliance, define and track KPIs, and communicate progress and value delivered across the organisation.
You’re a confident, hands‑on manager who makes complex things simple and brings people you. You can set, prioritise effectively, and turn ideas into secure, compliant, user‑centred solutions. Experience working with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint is essential; along with familiarity with AI tools and responsible adoption.
