Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK retail brand to recruit a Digital Trading & Content Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-driven e-commerce professional with a flair for content and an eye for trade performance. In this dual-function role, you'll be at the heart of website content and digital trading, ensuring products launch smoothly, pages inspire customers, and performance insights drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Manage online product launches, ensuring imagery, copy and attributes are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Merchandise and update site content (homepages, categories, banners, promotions) in line with trade and marketing priorities.
  • Create and maintain engaging, SEO-friendly content to inspire customers and drive sales.
  • Monitor competitor websites and identify opportunities for content and trading improvements.
  • Analyse product and website performance, producing reports and recommendations.
  • Support the wider content strategy and act as the go-to contact for product and digital content information.
About you
  • Experienced in ecommerce and content management, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator who works well with creative, marketing and merchandising teams.
  • Confident with both creative content and numbers - comfortable producing reports and spotting opportunities.
  • Commercially minded, with a genuine interest in digital content and how it can bring a brand to life.
  • Calm under pressure, proactive, and happy to pitch in when needed.
  • A fun, can-do attitude that makes collaboration easier (and more enjoyable!).
