Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to support the growth of Scanstrut across the marine and RV markets. You’ll deliver digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales, ensuring our innovative product ranges reach and inspire global B2B and B2C audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative, collaborative marketing team, where your work will directly contribute to brand visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (email, social, SEO, PPC, and display).
    • Support product launches and seasonal promotions across digital platforms.
  • Content Creation
    • Produce engaging content (copy, imagery, video, reels, and shorts) tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and our website.
    • Maintain and update the Scanstrut website with fresh content, product pages, and landing pages.
  • Email Marketing
    • Manage the email marketing schedule, creating newsletters and segmented campaigns for distributors, trade, and end customers.
  • Social Media Growth
    • Manage day-to-day social activity, creating content that grows engagement and brand presence.
    • Track performance and implement learnings to improve reach and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Monitor campaign performance via Google Analytics and social insights.
    • Report on KPIs such as engagement, lead generation, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Amazon & Channel Content Management
    • Manage and maintain product content on distributor Amazon channels.
    • Keep distributors updated with new launches, campaigns, and product assets.
    • Support planning and evaluation of a potential direct-to-consumer Amazon channel.
Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 4+ years in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write for technical, trade, and consumer audiences.
  • Practical experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, and social media management.
  • Good understanding of SEO, PPC, and Google Ads.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting.

Desirable

  • Experience in Amazon channel management
  • Background in marine, RV, outdoor, or lifestyle technology markets
  • Product marketing expertise
  • Video editing skills for social media content
  • Passion for boating, travel, or outdoor adventure
