Overview

A successful financial technology company is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead (SEO & PPC) to join the marketing team.

This is a hybrid role with two days per week in their Central London office and three days per week working from home.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the strategic development and operational excellence of core digital marketing channels to elevate digital presence and performance.
  • Manage a small team of two and report to the Customer Marketing Director; balance technical and strategic digital marketing responsibilities.
  • Lead strategic planning for all digital channels, identify emerging digital trends and technologies, and drive the strategic development and optimization of the website focusing on UX/UI, SEO, conversion rates and content effectiveness.
  • Own the marketing technology (MarTech) stack and oversee the strategy and execution of PPC and digital display, email marketing capabilities, and in-app marketing.
  • Own reporting and measurement, manage the digital budget, and act as the brand champion to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Salary & Benefits
