Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Customer Support Centre based in Walsall. The role will offer a hybrid working pattern. This newly created position will support the Digital Marketing Manager by executing activities that drive traffic to both the Poundland & Dealz websites, effectively communicating brand messaging and delivering a seamless digital customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activity of our digital shop window for customers, ensuring promotions, pricing and products align with the commercial plan and enabling customers to browse our range before visiting stores.
  • Execute the activities to deliver the ongoing SEO strategy.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager and work with third-party development agencies to ensure the site is functional and best in class.
  • Take a data-led approach to nominating and boosting key products across listing pages based on performance and engagement.
  • Build and dispatch CRM emails (including postcode/ZIP targeting as appropriate).
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of core merchandising techniques and principles including website development, ongoing site optimization, SEO, paid/performance marketing, CRM and product merchandising.
