What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of the Paid Media strategy alongside a team of performance specialists.

  • Driving PPC performance and spotting opportunities to make impactful changes.

  • Creating and optimising Paid campaigns that align with the wider brand strategy, working closely with in house creatives.

  • Analysing campaign performance and helping the team make data driven decisions.

  • Collaborating with teams across SEO, CRM, Affiliates and Social Media to ensure a seamless customer journey.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing, Paid Media or Web role.

  • Ideally some experience in an eCommerce environment.

  • Strong Excel skills and an interest in using data to shape performance.

  • A commercially minded and creative approach, with the ability to support the wider brand strategy.
