About Us

We are a fast-growing independent record label and music marketing agency specialising in high-volume digital content campaigns for some of the biggest artists in the industry. Our work sits at the intersection of music, culture, and the internet — delivering fast, effective and impactful digital marketing solutions, helping music reach audiences where it matters most.

Role

As our team expands, we’re looking for a Digital Campaign Manager who’s organised, proactive, and confident working across multiple projects and stakeholders. If you’ve worked in a fast-paced content or influencer agency and have a passion for music and digital trends, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding, execution, and reporting of campaigns
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including reporting and analytics
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Monitor live campaigns and compile performance reports using internal tools and platform analytics
  • Oversee the daily maintenance of CRM tools
  • Identify relevant content trends and digital opportunities that align with our clients’ music campaigns
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience at an influencer or digital marketing agency
  • Strong administrative skills — detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing environments
  • A keen understanding of the social and content landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • A genuine interest in music, digital culture, and the evolving role of content in marketing
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points
  • Familiarity with campaign tracking tools and CRMs
  • Experience working with music clients or record labels
  • Understanding of music trends and social media metrics
