Come and join our vibrant and growing department in Wrexham and Flintshire. You will be working with an admin team for our team of dietitians and dietetic assistants. The department consists of over fifty dietitians and dietetic assistants as well as our admin team of five. Working as part of a friendly team, your role will involve inputting patient referrals on to the patient administration system and contacting patients by letter and telephone to arrange appointments.
Excellent IT skills, ideally in using a hospital administration system (or similar), are essential and you'll need to be an excellent, tactful communicator.
We are looking for someone to be part of the busy team, who works confidently and efficiently, demonstrating a helpful, courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times.
By the nature of the duties, the post-holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, carers, relatives, medical staff and other service users, using the telephone and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times
