Overview

Deputy Team Manager - 15+ Team. 37 hours per week.

We are currently recruiting for a deputy team manager. The deputy team manager would join the management team within the 15+ Team that includes a team manager and one senior practitioner. The team works with care experienced children between the ages on 15 and 25.

The local authority has recently launched the signs of safety approach which will underpin all of our practice in Bridgend County Borough. All new staff will be provided with a suite of training that will support them to develop their practice in line with the principles of the model and strength developed practice.
