A leading care provider in Sunderland is seeking a Deputy Manager for a new children's residential home. You will lead a team to support children with emotional and behavioral difficulties and mild learning difficulties. The role requires strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and a Level 3 Diploma. Location: Sunderland
Provision: Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7–17, EBD & Mild Learning Difficulties) – Brand-New Home for an Established Provider
Hours: 48 hours per week, days only, rolling rota (you’ll oversee the rota, including your own shifts) – sleeps required
Salary: £38,600 per annum
