Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Deputy Authorising Engineer to assess the competence of Responsible Persons in water. Knowledge of water hygiene and treatment is essential. The role involves a hybrid working model, typically 3 days on site. The ideal candidate should be an RP or AP for water looking to grow into an Authorising Engineer position.

Qualifications

• You will already be an RP or AP for water, looking to develop into an Authorising Engineer.
• Knowledge of water hygiene and treatment including closed systems, swimming and spa pools, evaporative cooling systems and steam boilers.

Responsibilities

• Assess the experience, training and competence of Responsible Persons (Water) and provide recommendations for appointment as required.
• Typically 3 days a week on site and 2 days from home or a local office.
