This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to take a leading role in the continued development of a well-established, independently owned dental practice in Derby.

The practice has a strong foundation, with a long-standing, loyal patient base and a committed clinical team including two full-time dentists, a therapist, and experienced support staff. The environment is positive and stable, with excellent relationships across the team and a shared focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Alongside a well-maintained NHS list, the practice has significant and growing private potential, with around 35% of patients currently seen privately. The practice is actively investing in the expansion of its private services, including the relaunch of its dental plans and a focused marketing push to meet increasing patient demand. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting this development.

The role would suit a confident and capable Practice Manager, ideally with experience in a similar mixed or private setting. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, including team management, compliance, and patient service.
